"Good store for birthday party however they don't have any Ramadan or Eid festival decorations."

"First time rate a place with 1 start. Bought $150 halloween costumes but wanted to return only after half hour later because they are all too large size for us. But was told not refundable due to seasonal product. I understand this policy is for those customers who bought costume and wear in party then refund. If everyone do this, no profitable for business then. However, for us, absolutely not the same case, we just simply don’t want it and it is $150 not $15. No matter what I said about how much money it is for me, they just don’t let me refund. Bad customer experience, never come again. For those who want buy Halloween products, please be very careful these products are not refundable and to be honest the quality is bad."

"Worst experience ever. My husband had ordered an item online for pick up. When we went in, we were told the item had been canceled. When, in fact, it was for a different person. It showed that the item was being shipped on the 8th. Okay, we could wait the two days. But the young manager who was there was irritated or something because she canceled my husbands order. And refused to help in any way. If possible, I would give this store ZERO STARS for the horrible service we received, and her answer to everything was I don't know and kept walking away. You should not be in retail if you can't be more helpful and listen to your customers."

"The one-stop party store that has almost everything you need for any party occasion, be it birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, wedding or anniversary, all seasonal parties and occasions..you will get carried away by all the lovely stuffs. Prices are fair compared to other Party Stores. Parking is not a problem, located in an open shopping plaza. The store is huge and they have ample stocks displayed. The only thing, they are not well displayed and disarrayed. Staffs are friendly though and knowledgeable."
