"Nothing. I scheduled the installation as a gift for my son. I gave the scheduler the information and received a confirmation email. The day before going, my son called to confirm. Everything was apparently set. My son dropped off he car and was supposed to pick it up at the end of the day. When the installer had taken the car apart, it was only then did he realize they had ordered parts for a 2004 Honda and not a 2024 Honda and they did not have the correct parts to complete the install. The installer called to suggest that they should have known but that I could also have caught the error in the confirmation email they sent. However, they never identified a year of the car, only the manufacturer so there is no way I would have known it would be wrong. They suggested he could go to another dealer but that would have been a toll bridge and 30 minute drive away. Completely disappointed and a was a waste of a whole day. I cancelled the install and will look elsewhere."
