"Can someone from GROM please contact me regarding refunding an MST4 that turned out to not be compatible with my 2012 MINI? Customer service has gone radio silence since I pointed out the following email prior to purchasing: "I doubled checked with out lead developer and they told me this: The Silver CD Changers always worked with no need for dealers to unlock the CD Changer feature and had no issues. The Black CD Changers didn't always work and sometimes needed to be reprogrammed by the dealer to unlock the CD Changer capabilities. So there is a chance that it will work, however most likely it will not and will need to be reprogrammed by a dealer if you can find one that will unlock it. Thanks, Heath GROM Audio" It turned out that my car doesn't have the necessary optical connections to install the product even if the dealer were to do some reprogramming. For the record, I have had a GROM system in a previous vehicle that was fantastic, making this current situation even more disappointing. My preference is to adequately resolve this situation such that I can take this negative review down."

"When using the NIS02B3 in a compatible car, the bluetooth sound distorts when phone is at high volume, customer service says to turn the phone down.. That's not a solution, that's a band-aid. I do not get full range from my speakers with their device and would never buy another product by them."
