"I went to HPI with high hopes of getting some good advice, support and treatment for my thinning hair. Initially Kim could not have been nicer but once I became a problematic client she couldn’t be bothered with me. I have an EXTREMELY oily scalp and so my scalp did not respond well to the shampoo/conditioner/niacin scalp therapy products provided by HPI or the laser light therapy I was getting 3x weekly. My scalp soon became extremely irritated and itchy. I was so upset as my hair began to shed more than it was before arriving at HPI. I desperately tried to contact Kim via emails and phone calls and more often than not neither were responded to or returned. I am now left with more hair loss than when I started and therefore have requested a refund. Kim is now totally MIA and won’t respond to me at all. So BEWARE of HPI if you have an oily scalp or other unusual circumstances as it may not be conducive to your hair loss needs. It was an extremely discouraging and costly venture. I am still hoping Kim will do the right thing and give me a refund."

"I have had the most amazing experience with HPI, the knowledgeable staff & incredible products absolutely saved me. After going through a period of rapid hair loss I was completely devastated. By the time my 3rd treatment rolled around my hair loss was under control and the products that I used daily, following their very specific instructions, had my hair growing back again. "DO NOT GET LASER HAIR HERE! They do not know what they are doing. They took my $2400 in cash promising 8-10 sessions and a year of free touch ups. I went for 2 years straight and saw no results. The technician admitted to me multiple times that she was unsure of how many passes to do or what setting to use on the machine. I had already paid in full and was unable to back out. This technician decided to move on late in the second year and a new technician came on that did seem knowledgeable. I had two sessions from her that did seem effective however I was left with splotchy worse looking results than before. They contacted me with terms and conditions stating that my sessions would be ending I requested some sort of explanation and they claimed that due to my TRT therapy the lasers were ineffective despite clear proof that their tech was the problem. They asked if I would like to purchase another package at a discounted rate, I agreed to do single sessions but was never contacted back for scheduling. Just overall bad business practices. Go somewhere else"
