"The concept of this salon is great... however I found a serious lemon. I chose a salon based on reviews, I have long hair and wanted to keep the V cut and chop off 4 inches. I was in the chair actively getting my hair cut for over two hours, did not come out with a V cut, and was charged $73. I didn't get to see the back of my hair in the salon, so when I got home I checked it out. I am really shocked at the results. It is incredibly frizzy and blunt. I am just so disappointed with how everything turned out."
