A Great Asian Massage & Thai Stretch

"The massage started off a little rocky, but Tina ended up doing great! When it was time to pay, I didn’t write a tip on the receipt because I planned to tip in cash. After I signed it she handed it back to me saying “TIP US!”. I proceeded to pull cash out my purse & she said “No” and pulled out a sign from behind the counter that says a tip percentage. I’ve never been FORCED to pay a tip before, so that was very awkward for me."

"This was my first time going. Upon entering, they told us to wait 15 minutes which turned into 25 minutes. They put us in a room on a hard wooden table. Nothing was relaxing about this experience. The man that massaged me kept leaving to answer the front door and talk to staff. They kept talking during the massage to each other. Then once completed and you go up front to pay, the website and sheet at the desk say a couples massage is $200. The man stated that it’s $220 plus he told me that there was an additional mandatory $20 tip for each person. I gave them $10 extra which I shouldn’t have for the experience anyway. But to be aggressive in asking me for $40 extra when it was clear that you added $20 already to the massage total and my poor experience is ridiculous. I will never come here again."

"My husband and I have been to this place numerous of times but things have definitely changed over the years. The massages are great but it’s so inconvenient that they ONLY accept cash, if you don’t have cash there is an ATM in the establishment that charges a $2.25 fee. That’s cool but I would like to know if I need cash before I patron your business, that’s very unprofessional to me. Also after our massages, the lady that we paid for our services did not speak English at ALL and made us tip 25%. My husband told her he only had a $20 and she keep pointing to the sign that is marked in pen that we needed to tip 25%. I do not know when all of this happened but we will not be coming here again. We work hard for our money and no business should make a customer tip, unless it’s included in your prices and signage is posted, a tip should be upon preference. Not too mention they are in need of much renovations due to the fact that there were holes in the ceiling."
