"I always enjoy my experience at EWC. The professionals do a wonderful job. I pray that the management and franchisor(s) consider how they are taken care of their customers ( their workers). Maybe create some new incentive to keep them if you can't increase their pay. I know there is always transition, but I observed a lot and hope that the feedback of your workers matter just as much as our feedback about our service with your workers. The receptionist was wonderful and is always smiling when I'm there I apologize I don't have her name but she has dark hair and kind of tall. My wax professional this time was Nikita and she was very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience and appreciate my services. Thanks."

"Wow! They are WONDERFUL!! Right from the first phone call the checking out at the front desk. I called the office and the sweet woman, Piper answered all my questions and even told me about some specials they were running! Because of how kind she was with my lack of waxing knowledge I decided to book an appointment that day on the website. So quick and easy and I was able to get right in! I was so nervous but piper explained all the things and even just chatted with me while I was waiting, which made me feel so much better!! It was my time and Nakita knew just how to make me feel relaxed and ultra comfortable! She was quick and precise and just overall the best!
