"Slow, lazy, unhelpful just a few words I could use to describe the employees here. Especially the older ones. Didn't even TRY to help me. Had to stand there 10 minutes waiting for some to even ask if they could help me. Close this location please it's useless If this is the best your employees can do. I've been in a lot of autozones over the years. Some are helpful some are not this one definitely is not. When you give up before even hearing what the person's issue is you just don't want to try. My problem wasn't difficult I just needed to know which fuse to replace I went to other autozone they helped me quickly and had me on my way. So give me some more excuses."

"We had an absolute awful experience with the store manager Bill S. Autozone policy is that they will price match a item and he refused to do that with our battery. We instead had to drive to Gallatin so that they would do it for us, keep in mind it's just a pay and price match in Gallatin. The battery still has to be picked up in Hendersonville after the pay transfer has been pushed through."

"This five star review is not for the store, but for Jennifer who helped us with an alternator that was bought from Autozone on Gallatin Rd (East Nashville). She patiently worked through problems returning the alternator without a receipt, as it was not given to the costumer at check out at the other location. She worked diligently to resolve the issue (even calling the other location) and credit the customer. She went above and beyond to help the customer! Great customer service!!!"
