"Unless you have a wide open schedule I highly recommend NOT getting stuck in a contract. The therapists have all been great but the lack of customer service at this company is astounding. The booking is challenging with only having two months open at a time, and often I couldn’t even get my appt scheduled within TWO months of the charge. On top of that I had THREE times where the massage therapist cancelled on me an hour before I was supposed to arrive. Then the general manager can take two weeks to get back to your email, and will not take requests in person. This is a scam and is totally not worth it. I would much rather support a small business and do individual massages. The membership here ended up costing more than if I had just gone to a more experienced small business due to the number of massages I paid for but they couldn’t schedule me for."

I wanted to ask a few quick questions but after I dressed she was not outside the room, in the hall or in the lobby. She was done and that was it."
