"Honestly what is up with backyard bowls recently? Wait times are insane! Customer service was ok at most. I got here with plenty of time to spare and ended being late to class for 2 smoothie bowls? It doesn’t take 30 minutes for 2 small sized smoothie bowls. Never coming back."

"The bowls are great as always, but the place is sad, not a great/interesting decoration. Just another plain local in a plain mall. You guys should work on that field and make a whole experience for the costumers."

"Just AMAZING! Taste, texture, combos, service... and their granola is so unique and I cannot recreate it... I come here whenever I'm in santa Barbara and dream about it when I'm gone...and now they serve Dune coffee too! A little pricey, but it's so good I don't anyway..."
