"Wow, don't even try to be a woman with any knowledge in this place. Jayson was disrespectful, talked down to me, and told me stuff about the car that is patently untrue. I broke my back so I cant do this stuff myself, but I know the vehicle. A friend recommended this place, and I'm not sure I'll be able to continue my friendship with them after this fiasco."
"If there was a time that this place was good, it hasn't been recently. The guy, Jason, I think was maybe one of the rudest people I have spoken with. I wrote out everything that I needed and handed them the sheet so I remembered everything that was relayed and that it didn't become he said/she said. I'm glad I did. I'm not sure he knows how to read because everything I was quoted or told had nothing to do with that page. And he straight up just lied about a couple things I had already checked on. I had hoped that some of the bad reviews from recently were just people misunderstanding, and that's somewhat true, but its these jesters that don't understand. I almost left a two star because the other guy I deal with was much nicer, but then the third person appeared to be unabashedly flirting with my sister, which brought it back down."

"HB AutoSound figured it out. The old-school art of having outstanding customer service, and then backing up your words with actions. Jason and his team made my visit a pleasure, and made me feel like I was a priority every time I walked through the door. I originally stopped in to price out a new sound system, I ended up making a purchase at Best Buy, thinking I was getting a good deal. Well what I really received, was an incompetent installation and a bunch of headaches. I walked back in to HB Auto Sound, slightly embarrassed, and asked Jason if he could help me fix all of the problems that occurred from my Best Buy installation. Summarizing this as best as I can, Jason and his team were cordial and eager to help. Even though I didn’t make my original purchase at the store, the team made me feel as though I was a VIP customer. In addition to the great customer service, Jason also gave me a great deal. Just can’t say enough about this place. As a follow-up, I was confused as to how some of the functions on my new Kenwood system worked, so I stopped by right before closing, and Jason came out, sat in the car, and gave me a tutorial. All I can say, is that if you ever plan on replacing the stereo in your vehicle, or you are having problems with your current system, this is the place you need to go.
