"I tried out a couple different drinks.. the sesame latte but with oat milk & it was very ginger-y even after I mixed it around a bunch. I went back and they offered to make me a new drink and I chose the rose black tea with no milk. It tasted okay but as I kept drinking it really tasted like a candle store.. The service was exceptional but their drinks are not great. I didn't really feel like I got my money's worth, but at least I tried it."

"Wow!…double wow!! I’ve had a lot of boba tea and been to a lot of boba places in different countries, but I think in the OC this is my new favorite. Came on a Saturday around 3pm and there was a small line of about 10 people. Ordering was quick due to the two cashes with one being cashless. It’s located in the CAMP mall and getting your boba and strolling through the stores is a must. Ordered a matcha strawberry and what a great combo this was. I recommend not mixing this and savouring the different layers as you sip. I took mine with oat milk which cuts the sweetness to the perfect level. My second drink was the horchata and the trick with this is to let the ice melt a little to get the perfect balance of sweetness. Naturally I signed up for Boba Guys rewards program cause I will be coming back often."

"Pretty good teas and bobas. I heard about this store during the pandemic. They were talking about the boba shortage a while back and how covid affected their business. I had to come and support them. The jasmine milk tea I had was excellent and the boba was super delicious! Will return again."

"Sapin sapin w boba: Ahh the jackfruit juice is soo good! There are some coconut flakes but they don't add much to the flavor other than texture. The ube is good but the jackfruit overpowers its flavor. The boba was not good; hard texture and no flavor. Drink 4/5 Boba 1/5 The lady said she called out my order but apparently it was ready for 10 minutes. I didn't get a text notification either and didn't hear anyone call my order so service is pretty bad."

Located in The Camp, Boba Guys is nested in the edge of the mall surrounded by foliage. The natural patio vibe they are going for makes the space feel fresh. Be warned, sometimes there is no cashier at the register so you will need to flag someone down at the checkout window. Though pricey, it truly is worth it. Strawberry Matcha Latte: 5/5 Probably the most basic item on their menu, the Strawberry Matcha Latte is perfection. Perfectly sweet, this drink is SMOOTH. I don’t know how they do it, but drinking this feels like you’re getting it pumped directly into you via IV. Not too thick, not too thin, rounded out flavors of matcha and strawberry make this a masterclass for a what a well made drink should taste and feel like. The boba here is also excellent and has that fresh boba softness with the chew you get from pre-made boba. Definitely in my top 5 drinks, probably #3!"
