"Food was good, employee was very friendly but restaurant looked closed down and payment machine did not work so owner took my credit card information and wrote it in a notes app. This is not an issue with my credit card rather with the store’s payment terminal (see other reviews)."

"I regularly eat at or order takeaway from this place for dinner. It definitely feels like a hidden gem and deserves more than its current rating. I usually get the 3-item bento with a variety of choices. The food is always delicious, plentiful, and relatively inexpensive for Japanese food in this area. The guy usually manning the place is very kind; one time when I was late in picking up my online order, he had my meal remade so I could eat it fresh. That's top notch service right there."

"Great service. Tried the spicy tuna poke bowl with rice. Able to customize. Added avocado for small up charge. Super tasty, ordered 'regular' size and it was a large portion with Lots of tuna! Again, very yummy. Partner got a bento box with salmon teriyaki - which he also enjoyed. Reasonable prices too."

"I had the Teriyaki Beef with tempura. I liked the meal because it was not too over the top with sauce and the beef was cooked just rifht. It was tender, not chewy, slightly pink in middle, otherwise if the beef was well done, it looses some of it's characteristics. My wife had some sushi and liked it. Be prepared for lunch crowd, so there might be a wait in those hours."
