"Ordered the Chili Crisp Bowl. Scheduled a pickup at 1:00pm but they had already made the food around 12:55pm, so the food got a bit cold. Also their pick up process is not smooth. They are supposed to put the food out on the stand, but they didn't. So I had to go to the counter amidst lots of people to ask for my order. They just seemed very rushed and disorganized. The food itself was decent. The restaurant doesn't have much seating and all the regular tables are near the door, so when people come in and out, the cold air from outside blows in your face."
"Fried rice was horrible, I don't know how you can overcook it and undercook it at the same time. Mushy and sad but still bits of undercooked rice... is it that hard to have some quality control??"
