"Food was pretty average. I had the pastrami Reuben which everyone seems to be crowing and it tasted like a Pastrami Reuben. It's sad our expectations have reached a point that we are happy if food can atleast taste like what it is supposed to. Trust me there are much better custom sandwich shops in the bay area - Ike's lair for example. My issue is with the service. I was the only customer there and no one else was there. They did not keep napkins in my bag and I would believe it's a reasonable request to ask for them. When I'm paying 18$ for a sandwich and you are pretty free, I would not expect to be spoken back to, when all I am asking for are a few napkins."
