"Told the lady our order only for it to be wrong by the time I got home. Came back and let them know. They were blatantly not listening and laughing about the situation with the manager right beside them. Especially the girl with the white ear plugs in. They sounded condescending and made it seem as though me and my girlfriend were just trying to snag some free food. We finally got our one burger remade only for it to be wrong AGAIN after i spoke with the gentlemen that brought the remade sandwich to me about the experience. Telling him to let the manager know. Even going as far as asking me what I had wanted on the burger knowing the one he had just given me was still wrong. The craziest thing about all of this is we were the only car in the drive thru at that time for about maybe 8-10 minutes. I won’t be eating at this McDonald’s again and you shouldn’t either unless you’d like to leave feeling like someone pissed in your morning coffee. P.s the picture is what you’re paying for."
"This place sucks and there food is nasty . I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich which was cold and all dry they literally put no lettuce just a few pieces of ugly white lettuce they have the chicken just sitting there cooked already from who know when all stale.. so I went to tell them and they "made me a new one " which they literally gave me in 30 second to come and find out it was still barley warm stale and dry ...Smh.. the ladies that work there have Ann atti and they just decide to act like your invisible waiting in line to ask for something or order your food I waited around 10 minutes to ask for a better chicken sandwich and they still gave me a Nasty dry one! Then they have the nerve to tell people who are waiting to order that it's closed after waiting for more than 5 minutes in line to order and come in mind this was around 2:30 pm...."
"If you are in a hurry in the 5:30 -6:00 am don’t stop here , they are short staff and it takes about 6 minutes in the drive thru . Only 1 cashier doing the serving and the cashier job so it takes quite a long time to place your order and then wait again to get your order."

Upon entering the dining room, I was met with a response from the crew that was both surprising and unwelcoming. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the dining room's operating hours, as there were no clear indications that it was closed. Unfortunately, the staff's reaction to this confusion was rather disconcerting. They addressed me in a manner that felt condescending and inappropriate, making me feel like I had made a grave mistake. This interaction was not only uncomfortable but it continued even as I was leaving the premises. Such an experience makes me question the overall work culture during this specific shift, especially in light of the dining room's untidy state. This level of cleanliness, or lack thereof, raises concerns about the hygiene standards maintained in the kitchen as well. I believe this incident reflects a broader issue that needs to be addressed by the management. Ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers, regardless of the situation, is crucial. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness is fundamental to customer confidence in the quality of service and food. I hope that by sharing my experience, it encourages a constructive review of staff training and operational protocols to enhance the overall customer experience at this location."
