"I went to this Starbucks around 12:30PM today (9/20/2023) to get an iced matcha. Customer service was ok, nothing above and beyond or noticeable for me to say it was a great experience. The drink, on the other hand, was made to my liking and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. The reason for my two star rating is the fact my stars were used after I left the store. I paid for my drink and didn't use any stars but a few minutes after my transaction, I noticed a second transaction where my stars were used from the same location. My receipt number is #013744. Not sure what happened but I my account was used for someone else's transaction and they used 200 of my stars. Not only that but my Starbucks gold card was closed due to this incident without my consent!"

"As you could see from the pictures they did their job correctly. The frappy's look like something out of A TV commercial. They look very beautiful and great Presentation. it not like the starbucks On 3rd street and gage those people don't know how to make coffee I was really disappointed. I gave him one star as you could see from the reviews. Thank you once again for the 2 girls and Starbucks that made my coffee really delicious. Thank you once again."
