"Come here almost every Monday for their bagel box special. I guess they no longer have it. These last few times I been , every one seems to have a attitude and look like they didn't wanna be there. The black gentlemen with the beard and glasses is always polite though."

"Ambiance: It's what you'd expect in a bagel shop. It's a bit chaotic, though, a decent amount of seats, but it just seemed to be a lot happening all at once. I got my order to go so I wasn't there long. Service: I've never been to an Einsteins before, so it took me a minute to ingest the menu. Usually, I'd ask for assistance, but they didn't seem to be keen on offering up suggestions, so I went with what I assumed would be good. Ordered on one side... paid and picked up on the other. Food: They were promoting the brisket bagel breakfast sandwich, so that's what I went with. Fortunately for me, it was delicious, bagel was soft and chewy, brisket was flavorful. I'm not an egg person, so i took half off, but it was a solid sandwich that I'd definitely get again."
"Come here for quick breakfast sandwich often, and everytime I come I’m always waiting for more than 15 mins, the staff never communicates then when frustration is expressed the staff becomes angry/unprofessional as if the customer is wrong. Especially the ginger guy employee. I won’t be coming back here ever again. Sad because they really do have great sandwiches"
