Valentino's Pizza

"It’s very rare these days where you find a place where they take the time to have a conversation with you about the history of their place. At Valentino’s Pizza, they not only do that, but they also provide the best veggie pizza that I have had in a while. The wings are juicy and not over cooked , like a lot of other places. Oh yea, and you’ll need a glass of milk for the brownie. I’m sure I’ll be back due to the good service and good people, and great food!!!! "We were trying to decide what to do for Valentine's Day and didn't want to go to any fancy places so we decided on pizza. I went on Google and looked up best pizza places in Long Beach. Valentino's was the first one that popped up. So l decided to take a ride there. It's a small place but their food is OUTSTANDING. I ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas and potato wedges. I found out that the wedges are oven baked and NOT deep fried. The food was delicious. If you should decide to go there, and why WOULDN'T you?, ask for Alex. He really took care of me to make sure that my first visit wasn't going to me my last. And after this experience, we have found our NEW pizza place. Give em a shot you WON'T be disappointed."

"This place is such a hidden gem of Long Beach! I had never been until a few weeks ago when a co-worker couldn’t believe I had never been there. They have a lunch special everyday that’s two slices and a drink for $7.50. Insane for the crazy prices nowadays. The family that runs it are some of the nicest people and the pizza slices are big and delish! If you’ve got a lunch break, get yourself to Valentino’s!!"

"Everything was pizza perfect. The service was heart warming. The younger guy cooking the food was talking to his grandfather about my order saying that it looked good." Just like Detroit" it was nice to see. The younger guy served the food and was proud of what they do and gave me an explanation on Detroit Pizza. I just pulled over to eat a slice. It's phenomenal. I asked for it well done and they nailed it. Get extra sauce and extra cheese on what ever you get it's worth it. Thanks guys I'll be back for more. And you can't beat the price too. Get you some."

"I placed a large order in advance for a field trip at a nature center. The workers at Valentino's Pizza were extremely welcoming, flexible, and patient. They were able to provide me with a virtual receipt and called in advance to confirm a smooth delivery process. Plus, the students all enjoyed the pizza options! I would highly recommend this place for large food orders or catering."
