"One of the best Starbucks I've ever visited. Friendly, efficient and proactive. Asked if I wanted food before I got to register so it was ready by the time I paid. Didn't have dark roast brewed and instead of giving me a pike place, they gave me reimbursement for the coffee and I got a fresh brew."
"Usually they make my drinks correctly but it's really hit or miss. Mobile ordering is usually more accurate. I ordered a London Fog which is an Earl Grey Latte with vanilla. This drink had no vanilla. My friend ordered a hot tea with no water; only steamed lemonade and it was watery. I guess it depends on who is working there at the time. The one on 6th and Grand is better."
"So my first latte literally burned my mouth. which is the barista's fault because why would you steam the oatmilk that hot? also, i ordered an iced gingerbread latte and it came with no whipped cream and cinnamon poured on top of the iced coffee. like what? and then when i asked for a refund, they scanned the card i used, 2 days later, i check the starbucks app, and my refund is on a gift card. starbucks is the chum bucket of coffee shops. specifically this one. stay far away. these visits were last resorts, but will never be again. so disappointed."
"Staff here are particularly polite and helpful. Indoor seating for about 20 people with lots of outdoor seating options. Fresh interior. Higher end of Starbucks stores for sure. No electrical outlets"
"I love this Starbucks; you can access it directly from the subway. The decorum and ambiance are inviting. It has an upscale interior design layout with highboy tables and other seating with accent tables. There is also an attractive seating area for those who use wheelchairs. The morning crew of young ladies is efficient, kind, and helpful. When asked, they always offer good suggestions on drinks. And they provide good customer service that causes me to want to tip. Yet, this Starbucks has one major flaw/drawback. It doesn’t have a public restroom. The human experience with the staff almost makes up for the design Faux pas."
