"Honestly the food tastes old and reheated and burnt the service was not that great the staff look like they really did not want to be there and were some what kind of rude kept pushing me to hurry up and order and as soon as I walk through the front door it smelled like someone pooped right at the it smelled so bad of sewage I tried to let them know but they didn't say anything i felt ignored as a customer waking into a porterpotty also they have this new trampoline thing it's 15$ for all day and 26$ all day doesn't make sense which one is it plus they charge 5$ for socks no one stays there all day like how about 5$ for two hours or let them use there tickets. While I was there they had a few people in there like one or two I feel like I've waisted my money plus the bathrooms were so unsanitary I had to take my kid to Carl's jr. To use the bathroom. Very disappointed because I've been here before and this makes me not want to come here again. Also I will be posting about my stay on all my social media cause it was that bad."

"I've been taking my kids here for 8 years already. Food is ok. What I didn't like about my recent visit, its that they added a trampoline now in the little kids area. I normally buy them the hour for them to play. Well... that doesn't cover the trampoline. There is a separate charge for that. I wish they actually had more games for little kids. As far as the food. We didn't eat there. My kids were bored at home, so I decided to take them there."

"Had an amazing time with family We had Destiny as a server and Joshua as a helper for our party, we had such an amazing time. Katrina, the manager made sure she went above and beyond to make sure that this party came out to be the best after messing things up. on my reservations I really thought we were going to be without a party but they went ahead and put things together. They were able to arrange a party for my daughter, which had to of been the most amazing is feeling and stress off my back because the mistake was on my part. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody not because of what they did for me and my daughter but because my kids had such an amazing time atmosphere was great. All the games were very clean environment and the salad bar was one of the best."

"Today will be the last time that I and my son step into this place. My son does have autism. We been customers for years and today they decide to put a jumper inside location. My son did go 1 inch over the high posted to can use the jumper. There was no kids using at all jumper and they didn't let my son use it just because he go over just 1 inch of their limit. Manager and workers didn't help at all and they just was rude and oppressive over myself and my son. I repeat my have autism and he is really calm, he was just trying to have a nice fun time there but I'LL NEVER NEVER GET BACK TO THIS CHUCK E CHEESE PLACE ANYMORE."
