"Was in the area and this Starbucks have went extremely downhill since the last time I visited. All the amazing baristas no longer work there & my drink was made wrong and that has never happened with the previous staff. The guys were too busy gossiping to each other instead of paying attention. The sandwich I ordered was overcooked & I almost left without getting my pastry since they didn't give them both to me at the same time. My friend didn't even bother using the bathroom as he stated it was literally poop on the floor and no toilet paper. I'm aware this isn't the "nicest" area but if you have time to gossip about relationships, that means you have time to clean the bathroom. The girls that use to work there were always pleasant and acted as if they actually cared unlike this new crop of workers that are there now."

"Very busy location, and this was a weekday morning, hardly any parking, great if you live in the area and can walk, has plenty of seating, and moved the line very quickly. Not overly friendly, but it was clean especially for the area it was in."
"Tried their honey almond milk flat white and it was on point. This spot is pretty busy and I recommend the preorder and walk over method. Unless you like to hang out in store and people watch as you wait for your drink. Either way, it’s a great DTLA spot."
