"This guy in this photo claims that he is the owner of Charleys. He said he has four other establishments and he gave me and my mom a refund because all I did was to politely ask him. Can you please put on some gloves when you’re handling the food he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t have to do anything he is the owner he’s not a manager. All the employees were confused about why he was becoming so irate horrible experience"
"I don't know if they changed owners or not but the place turned into a nasty place to eat. The fries and the onion rings were burnt beyond being able to eat them they were sitting in oil and there is literally about a third of the fries that used to be in the tray. Never again. 10/14/22"
