"I'm going to give this a 3 star because the new trampoline jumpy house should be free after the purchase of points or pizza. Kids had a lot of fun but could not go into the jumpy. Also, please feed chuckE he looks like he hasn't eaten in days. There is no excitement when kids see him. Really boring mouse, NOTHING LIKE ON TV Commercials. Damn pay me 100k. I would do a better job. He seems he curses his life every day to wear that costume. Find enthusiastic workers for this establishment. Develop long-lasting relations with kids and family. I want my kids to remember, and hopefully, this company stands the test of upcoming times. My review is not for the employees but directed at corporate level management to make better choices."

"Our daughter had a blast here. The games and entertainment are definitely worth it, and we will be going back. The food is only ok and takes a very long time to come out. They also didn't get our order quite right. That being said, they were very apologetic, and overall VERY friendly and helpful."

"The salad bar is probably the only good part about this place.the rest of the food is not that great and for the quality it’s very over priced. Your better off going to have dinner elsewhere and just bring the kids to play in the arcade for the night."

"We spent $100+ for foods and games. Not worth it to spend $20 for 30 min play unlimited. Buffalo wings worth $20 for 10 little pieces! Salad Bar worth $12 but not fresh. Pizza is quite ok but nothing special. We waited for 30min for the foods to serve. Unexpected dine in with them."
