"best dumplings i've ever had!! and the kimchi fried rice was sooo good too."

"We came around 1:30pm on a Sunday. The whole experience was pretty bad. 1. Service: None of the servers seemed to like their jobs. They were just wandering and chatting around waiting for the lunch business hour to finish. They would bring the POS machine to the table for payment, which I personally feel uncomfortable and embarrassing, and prefer the old fashioned way (give them the credit card and sign on the receipt). I accidentally put the wrong button at the machine and only tipped 5 cents by mistake. Later I had to leave some cash on the table for the tips. 2. Food: -crab soup dumplings: very average quality. The wrap is sticking to the foil cup making it hard to lift without breaking it. Some of the frozen soup dumplings from grocery store taste even better than theirs. The crab meat stuffing doesn’t carry that savory umami flavor that it usually does, totally incomparable with the ones I had at Ding Tai Fung or Dumpling Home. -fresh cucumbers: the cucumber is very salty. -pot stickers: again, grocery store frozen food quality without savory flavors. 3. Vibes/environment: The interior design choices are just wrong. The space is pretty empty and the surface is reflecting a lot of noise and magnifying every little sound in the space. Creating the whole space full of harsh sounds from staff cleaning up table and dishes, slammed doors, etc."

"Such a great experience, unexpected to be honest. The food is great, not salty at all, fresh, made to order, and very tasty. Much better than other dumpling places in the East Bay. The service is friendly and efficient - 2 waiters for the whole place and yet they were fast and reliable. The atmosphere is very nice, with a bright light and clean space that makes it a joy to be there. Highly recommended and will definitely be back"

"I have been a frequent visitor to United Dumplings, and I must say, their new location has not disappointed me! This time, I decided to try their Dandan Noodle, and it was a delightful experience. The Mongolian Cumin Lamb is always a winner. Xiaolongbao is absolutely amazing. The moment you take a bite, you're greeted with a burst of rich, savory broth that harmonizes beautifully with the tender filling inside. I highly recommend United Dumplings, and I can't wait to return for another flavorful meal!"
