The stickers could be placed up on the cup to look at the name and faced outwards so customers can pick it up without bothering the baristas I get it your busy and run a tight ship manager should have been out there and delegate for 10 to 15 minutes then go back inside and do there forecasting and supply chain management. "This Starbucks is very relaxed, probably because of the area. The staff is nice and friendly, but they need to pay more attention to the orders, the few times my crew and I went, we have had to remind them of something they had forgotten. Other than that just your average Starbucks."

"I frequent that pacific palisades store prob 2/3 every day - 7 days a week and have been since the day it opened !- but I doubt very much I will any longer. The VERY VERY new store manager “Jesse” is undoubtedly the most obnoxious person I have ever met. Starbucks is all about service. Guess they forgot to mention that to him!!!! He tells me I can’t have steamed milk on my iced cappuccino. I have to have cold foam when every other Starbucks in every city in the United States makes it for me with steamed milk … go figure that one out !"

"Excellent service. Dom - you’re the bomb! Five picnic tables, swing set, trees, and grassy area outside really make up for there not being comfy leather chairs here. More serene setting than most Starbucks! Nice chill vibe."
