"TERRIBLE customer service! The air is super thick, something is always burning in the kitchen, releasing toxins into the air, to which the manager + staff do not seem to care about or are willing to be pro active with despite repetitive request for airing out the space from multiple clients. - The 'Hot Matcha' is always cold. - The indoor tables are always dirty, with utilities from prom previous customers, stacked up, waiting for the next customers to sit with. - The outside chairs are dirty and smell like piss. - Irresponsive Staff - Side by side with the Freeway, noisy and bad air."

"The coffee shop is small and has a very uncomfortable seating area. The product is good but the WORST IS THE NEW PARKING SYSTEM OF THE AREA, how the hell they dare to charge people for it? It’s very very unfair and feels like they are taking advantage of their customers! I DONT RECOMMEND TO COME FOR COFFEE HERE, if you will get charge for parking."
