"I ordered a hotspot online about an hour or so before arriving. They had it ready and it was an easy pickup and I was able to use the hotspot with the Internet right after I signed up easily online on my phone. Great for families that need a hotspot on the go."

"So when to Best Buy looking for the new TVs so I was looking at the back of the TVs connection to see what new features there is on these new TVs this Employee named Daniel started yelling at me not to touch the TVs. I didn’t know that I was supposed to not look in the back, but I mean who screams at customers and then yells at me that they’re gonna call their manager and get me kicked out. I had another employee named Kevin, very polite, and helped me what I was looking for I had to speak to a manager/supervisor Jorge Rivera and told him about the situation. His employee should be fired. He should not be treating customers like that."

"The place seemed like an anemic version of the best buy I remember from years ago but that's pretty much all of em now. Cashiers were awesome tho, helped me out fast and easy, I even came in early for a pickup and they helped me out reasonably. Lovely individuals."
