"Spent two hours to sell my clothes only for the employee to say, “They couldn’t accept our clothes due to the brand and the condition.” It felt like they had too much on their hands and didn’t even want to go through the clothing. The clothing brought in was in much better condition than what was on the rack, and was the same brand as the clothing on the rack. As well as, they aren’t size inclusive."

"Also a bad buying experience. One was so rude, but bent over backwards for an African American Gal, bought all her stuff. Just another bad service experience from people who watch too much and believe what they see on television."

"Tried to sell some things. They sell by season and how well kept the items ate. I had some stuff I know would be in mint condition ( since it was never worn) and it was a rain jacket so good for winter. I browsed while I was there and it became very apparent they aren't size inclusive. Don't go here or try to sell here if you are plus sized."

"I came by to sell today, I had 3 bags with me and they only took 3 items . MK bag MK wristlet and a gap jacket . They didn’t go though all 3 bags. They only went through what was on top. They missed out on the obey pink pink dolphin and other MK items I had at bottom of the bags. Overall I received $24 bucks cash $29 in trade. I took the trade and bought my son a north face jacket. Kinda evens out for me. Out with the old and in with the new. Would I come back…? probably not. The customer service wasn’t terrible but I do suggest buying more from customers bc the shoe shelves and racks were pretty empty. I went through the ladies rack and I didn’t find anything “trendy”. So I opted to spoil my son instead of myself. I I ended up going to goodwill and finding a cart full of “trendy” clothes for half the price crossroads had their items priced at. I’ll give it another shot in couple of years."

"It is a waste of time selling clothes here. On the app, you can state the amount of bags you are bringing, so I stated that I’m bringing 6 bags. 10+ bags are the max amount on the app that you can click on. However, the employee said she’ll only look at 3 bags to save time. What about my time? I waited after 10+ people and for hours to get my items looked at. They buy the clothes that are trendy only, regardless if your clothes are new with tags on, so don’t bother. They seem to cater to teenage consumers and people who want to buy luxury brands at a discount. I had stretched out clothes that they’ve bought just because of the brand. The workers are lazy and don’t want to look at a lot of clothes. They do it slowly while chit chatting, and many people are waiting in line. There are pieces that they’ll look at over and over again, and in the end don’t buy it. They have clothes that are stained and worn out but selling for $23. The employees seem to be in a bad mood every time I’ve gone. I’m curious what their “training/education” was like for reviewing and determining what to buy. The girl with the sharp eyebrows just did not look classy….had on jeans 10 times her size with paint all over it and a thin tank top that looked dirty and the bigger brunette girl had on a tacky outfit. Maybe that’s what teenagers like these days, but it definitely was unpleasant to see what kind of people were the judges of others’ clothes."
