"I have a very short torso so every faja I found had too much material causing major uncomfortable creases. I was super excited to find ICandy. Customer service was great, fitting was great. Once I picked up the faja it fit very well. I buttoned it tight on the 1st set of clasps. I was not told that the fabric would loosen up after washing during the original fitting or I would have went tighter. I wore it and washed it 3 times. Now i have to button it on the 3rd clasp as the material loosened so much. Had I have been made aware of the Changing material I would have gone smaller. I reached out to Icandy and she said I can have it altered for $40 more. After paying $190 for a custom faja, that was not cool. The expert should have told me the material stretches after washing and drying as usually it is tighter."
