"I started at the Crave on Ventura. Food there was always on point. Then came to West Hills was super exited when they opened and food was still good. I was out of state the last two years and just got back. They must have changed ownership. I listen to Spanish music a lot but it was blasting so loud it was hard to ignore. I was hoping for sports but had a talk show Sientese Quien pueda. The food here seems to have changed. The fries were decent but just as good as my air fried ones at home. Just were not seasoned at all. The turkey patty seemed very old but I was hungry and don't like returning food, so I ate it. Hopefully it was just a bad day. I'll try again and see because the cashier was super nice."

"I have allergies to dairy and egg so when ordering the Impossible Vegan Burger, I was assuming that no dairy or egg would be in the dish. I was wrong and became sick immediately after. It tasted delicious but unfortunately I am not convinced it is entirely vegan."

"This was the worst Crave Cafe I have been to, look at their burgers. I order this for my kids & this is the way they brought it. Burnt and not test good at all This is how they give us the burger for my kids"

"The cashier working today at 2/7/23 at 7:55am not welcoming. Very serious finished the transaction and I was happy and cheerful hopefully to lighten her mood and thanked her but no response from her whatsoever. Only reason why I stayed and order was because my daughter wanted a crape. Over all this place is whatever :/ I would have recommend this place to friends and family but not with people working like that in the front it seemed like she didn’t want to be there."
