I was asked for the company name, and I gave them my contractor license to create the invoice. I discovered we could not return basic materials after paying for it. They should advice you before charging, that No Returns are allowed."

"I came here a week ago to buy a filter grill. The guy at the front measured my old one and gave what he told me was one that would fit. A few days later, I went to install, but, it didn't fit. So I went back to return it but they refused as I didn't have an account with them. Total BS. They sold me the wrong size and refused to refund me because I didn't have an account. This was never disclosed to me when I purchased the product. Awful business practices. These guys are a joke."
