"My sister and I have been enjoying the jewelry section for over 25 years, and the sale associates have always been very helpful. Today (February 10th), we had the worst experience with Viki. She was very unprofessional, did not answer any of our questions, and when my sister asked her whether she was tired, she said that she was not tired. My sister asked her why she wasn't checking the price, and she said you can see it. We had to talk to the manager and we both became so upset that despite of our intention to purchase a bracelet for my niece, we had to leave the store. :( It is so sad to see T.J. Maxx's quality of service going down so low."
