"Got my drink wrong again! It's such a simple drink, and I ended up with the choice of paying for the wrong drink or waiting for a new one, which I didn't have time to do."

"I’m very angry, Ive been here plenty of times and received amazing service time and time again. But this last time your employee Lindsey not only messed up my drink but she also talked down to me. I hope the company can talk to her about this."

"This starbucks is located inside of a grocery store chain. Very minimal food / pastries offered. Cannot heat up any food item purchased. Ordered a simple Chai Tea Latte, asked it to be 150 degrees in temperature, it was not, much hotter to the point of being too hot. Employees were polite. Small seating area that faced the parking lot. The eating area counter was not clean, looked like it hadn't been addressed for awhile. Won't visit this location in future, will drive further in Camarillo, to an actual starbucks store itself."

"The lady that took my order and serve my coffee was really nice. I normally always go through the drive-thru and is never more than a 5 to 10 minute weight while going to the drive-through. I really enjoy the easy way to pay with the Starbucks app. I enjoy this location at least once a week."

"Every single time I visit this location the drive thru takes extra long, even if there is only a few cars. Then, when finally I do get my drink it is usually wrong! It is so annoying to have to get off my car just to wait another 5 minutes to get my drink right. What's even worse, this last time I was there I noticed the sugar & cream bar was disgusting. I'm not sure if this location even has a manager, the employees appear careless, distracted and quite frankly need to sharpen up. It's unfortunate this starbucks turned out this way, this location is right around the corner from my house. I hope corporate fixes this issue. I will contact them as well."
