"I went there with my mom for a consultation on trimming the hem of her dress and fixing the neckline and to get info on how much the price would be. The tailor was very rude and I was disappointed in how she talked to us when we asked questions. When we asked if the v-neck could be adjusted in a certain way cause my mom had done it herself before she said in a harsh and rude tone, why don’t you go home and do it yourself then? The whole consultation was truly a bad experience and we will never go back there again. The tailor may be great at her job but her whole demeanour was aggressive and harsh towards us."
