"I came in to look for some work boots and the staff were all on their phones they not once bothered to see if I needed help. I had to help MYSELF to find on my own the right size. This is not the first time experiencing this at this store. The employees should really be more attentive with customers instead of being on Their phones."

"Interesting business. They cater to First Responders, etc., yet offer ZERO discounts for being one. Prices are average at best. If you pay with a Debit card and either exchange or get any refund, they must put it back on the card used. What this all tells me is the ownership of this business is focused on one thing-Greed."
