"I have given this store 3 chances to Improve the way they stock their items. I had 6 things that I wanted and not one of them had a price on it in all different parts of the store. I looked all over to see if there was another package none of the product I wanted were marked and neither were their shelves I left without all 6 items and I will never return to that store again. The 1st time I was in there I came across a Bear Creek Soup mix that I wanted and there were no prices so I asked the manager as he was passing by and he went up to the register then came back and gave me a price which I thought was a little high! Come to find out I found it priced in another part of the store and it was a dollar and a 1/2 cheaper than what he told me! He doesn't even know his stock. Or how to check it for the correct price. I was told that all I had to do is take my item all the way up to the register to get a price put on it but I am not about to walk up-and-down that large store each time I need a price from the register! Not my job to do that it's his job to make sure his stock is priced as it goes on the floor."

"I have been shopping at this store since 2004. The new manager was not helpful. Bought a spray bottle for cleaning products. Took it home to use it and it was cracked across the bottom. I didn't have my receipt. I was told if I didn't have the receipt I would lose 20% of what I paid for it and only get store credit for the remaining balance. It was broken when I bought it. I am beyond upset. I just wanted to get a unbroken one. I am boycotting Big Lots in Camarillo California."

"Went to find baby stuff tonight. Discovered they got rid of this section. Really disappointed, always loved their selection of baby items and needed certain things from this section. The Staff was friendly and welcomed me warmly upon entering the store. I would have given more stars but I've noticed prices climbing. I can buy the same items in the grocery stores for less."
