"I am really shocked to see that an Italian restaurant like this does not have anyone in the front of the restaurant to greet customers. That is a must! I walked in, and there was no one there to greet me. I had to go to the back, near the cafeteria line which is how the restaurant is set up, to find the cashier. I placed a to go order, and I’m still waiting for it. The lady cashier who took the order was totally unhelpful and put me aside like I was just a number. I sure hope I get my order. If I don’t get it soon, I might just leave and chalk it up to a bad experience. Either way, I will never come back to this establishment again. Update: I finally got the chicken salad I ordered, and it was OK, but l’d call it nondescript although the house dressing was decent. It came with only one measly piece of garlic bread, which was dried out. I bought 2 pieces of cheesecake, but have not tried them yet, so we will see. But this restaurant had a strange vibe! Mainly, they need a hostess for patrons coming into the restaurant. They must just not want to spend money on any extra personnel!"

"Real friendly and cheery staff! It's cafeteria style dining. You grab your tray and utensils. You grab your own drinks. Order your food. Pay at the counter. They give you a number to take to your table. They bring the food in a few minutes. Very efficient! The garlic bread is so good with the beef lasagna. Very reasonably priced too for what you get."

"A friend posted about this spot on Facebook. Pic looked great so I had to come try it myself. Food was fantastic. They have "all beef" meat sauce and meat balls. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I'll be back for more."

"We drove from Inglewood to this place. My wife is a huge fan of the chef and since one of the original locations Andres shut down. We finally made it out. The food is delicious and good for all the family to eat."

"We love this place. The Original Location was named Andre's Italian Restaurant located on 3rd and Fairfax. I I had been going there for the last 19 years. It was sad the old property was sold and they had to close but it's great they were able to find another spot to open up. My go to dish is their Spaghetti with Meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. The pizza is fantastic. We usually order a thick crust with Pepperoni and Eggplant. You'd never guess that was eggplant on top. The family loves their Meat Lasagna. I'd have to say their is not a single dish I didn't like from their bread and salad to their desserts. You will not be disappointed."
