"This store manager bullied a child and her mother over a dress that was to be returned for store credit. The manager rips tags off, so she isn’t responsible. This is the poorest customer service. A report was filed with Galleria security. This type of service must be why the store owner has bounced around from various locations. Disgraceful!"

"Horrible service! I bought a dress and was told I could return within 14 days, I came back on the 14th day dress not even worn. Was told by employee I could return it but needed to come back at 4 when the manager got there. So I came back and a different employee told me I could return it but the manager wasn't answering her phone to authorize. Then she told me to come back the next day even tho it would b after the 14 days. I go back to the store for the third time and the manager refuses to return and says that her employees never told me that I could return it. Then she continued to argue and yell at me that she couldn't do anything for me. Absolutely disrespectful and rude!"

"This shop is a diamond in the rough! Never wandered in here before, but I'm glad I did. I bought a coat for less than $40 that probably would have gone for $200 at J Crew down the way. (These days they are probably made in the same factories anyway.) The quality is impressive. I will be back!"

"Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper cheap clothes and the clothes are really cute wish they had smaller sizes for some if the big clothes they had there but atleast there is clothes for bigger women you mainly see smaller womens clothes but it was a great mixture of both kinda"
