"Ordered a delivery 12am online and they canceled my order without even letting me know this “manager “ named Maria, lied about calling twice she didn’t call and I was with my phone the whole time. Next time when you’re too lazy to call and do YOUR JOB just stay home. This is ridiculous"

"Horrible service. I asked if my order was complete and they said yes with a smile. It was not. The pizza was not made right, the wings did not enough sauce to even cover them and they said the dipping sauce (which you have to pay for) was in the pizza box which it was not. When I showed two people the pizza was not correct they offered to remake it if I waited ten more minutes. Not the other pizza or wings. I have other things to do and people waiting to eat so I wasn't about to let their food get cold waiting for Pizza Hut to fix it's mistake. For as much as they charge and as slow as it seemed you figure they would take the time to do it right. I guess this is why they are closing stores. Quality and honesty count, especially when you are more expensive then your competition."

"The bottom of the pizza was burned and we had to throw the pizza away. The good news is that they provided me with a survey. So, they do care. Maybe the employee made a mistake cooking the pizza. Meanwhile, there is always Costco Pizza!!!"
