Kiki's Chicken Place 8121 Madison Avenue, Fair Oaks, CA 95628

"Bad customer service. Ordered a Kiki fry with easy Buffalo sauce. Once I received my order, I noticed there wasn't any on it that I could see. Upon asking for a small side of Buffalo, I was told that it was fifty cents. I asked since I didn't 5 it with any on like it comes if I could have the amount that Original cones on it. The representative said that's not how it works. My wife picks up dinner from here a few times a month. Sadly, we won't be returning."

"I have had Kiki's countless times from multiple locations, and I have never been so dissatisfied until today. Everything was overcooked. The fries may as well have been potato chips. Both our Kiki's fries & the wings we ordered were dry with little to no sauce. And $1.50 for a 2oz side of ranch is just ridiculous. If you're craving Kiki's I would suggest the Carmichael Madison Ave location or the newer food truck on the roseville side of Citrus Heights."

"Have been wanting to try Kiki’s for quite a while now. Finally got the opportunity to the other day and I was not disappointed. Food was delicious. Ores the bone in wings, Kiki’s fries with chicken and chicken tenders. The whole family was very happy with our food. The kikis fries were great! Sauces were also very good. Service was great. Friendly and had our food very quick. They did have a few other people in there at the same time and we all got our food promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the mood and I myself will definitely be returning."

"WAY nicer than the other Kiki’s I go to! Fast service. Nice eating area. Patio seating. Super clean. Friendly staff. The chicken is always good, but that goes without saying with any Kiki’s!"

"This Kiki’s is a disappointment. The shoe string fries were horrible and hard to eat. It’s like I got the end of the bag or something. Super small and very crunchy. The chicken I feel has gotten smaller. My first tender was two bites. I felt like I wasted my money. When I left I was still hungry. At the other establishments I leave so full I can barely move. If you stay here and eat make sure you do not sit against the wall if you have a shirt you love. My shirt kept snagging on the wall. Great idea for the wall but needs to sanded down or something. I won’t be coming back for a long time. To bad I use to give these places 5 stars."
