"4 out of 6 burritos wrong! Didn't want me to order how I order switched it up on me she said to be the same. I wanted a beef onion and cheese burrito. She told me order the Supreme I said ok but no tomatoes and no lettuce. She didn't tell me there was beans on it. Plus they put lettuce and took out the beef. 0 stars if they would allow."

"Went to drive through to pick up mobile app order. The line wasn’t moving for over 35 minutes to the point other cars wanted to leave but couldn’t go anywhere. Got to the window and they tell me there is no chicken or meat to make my order. They have bean only. I asked for refund but he said I am supposed to cancel on the mobile app and the app doesn’t give me the option to cancel it. So I just drove without the food and without refund."

"This place gets worse and worse every time we come here. Just went and ordered food. Got to the window and the kid (malachi) told us the total. They didn't tell us the amount when we were ordering but the amount the kid said at the window seemed about right for what we ordered. He handed us our food but we were waiting for the drinks. Had to flag him back over to the window to let him know. He then gets an attitude saying we didn’t order drinks and when we told him we did he continued to argue with us. He then starts reading off the order he handed to us and it wasn’t ours. We didn’t realize he gave us the wrong stuff until he read it off because we hadn’t checked the bag. So we told him it wasn’t ours and handed back the food that he gave us. He then went on and said if we wanted to order we would have to go back around and place the order again, that he couldn’t take an order at the window. We then told him no we weren’t going to do that and to just refund our money. He then started arguing saying we didn’t order anything so there’s nothing to refund. He literally took our card and charged it! He finally figured out that he did actually charge us and then refunded us, but it was absolutely ridiculous. Literally the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. I don’t know how he acted like any part of it was our fault when it was 100% on them."

"Food is always nasty. Do not get anything fried. Chips & the twists always taste BAD. they never get the orders right and when they do they pack them weird so they fall out the packaging. My mexican pizza looked like it was just thrown. half of it was out of the box. This was my steak quesadilla today. Gross."
