"Terrible phone service gave me the run around to call different places with zero end result and incorrect information on TV not repairable. It is repairable by a real TV shop according to the one I called. Don’t call expecting help. Update 10/23/23 upgraded from 1 star to 3. As a total tech member I have got excellent support. "No on-staff help. All your calls get redirected to an out of state call center. So don't accidentally leave your purse or no one will answer on location for lost and found."
"Both people I talked to at Geek Squad would not listen to the problem I presented to them and assumed that a simple data transfer was what I was after. Though I was attempting to transfer data, the problem I was trying to fix was that, what I was trying to transfer files from, wasn't showing up on my computer or any other devices. However the refused to listen and kept sending me over to mobile who was not staffed."
"Very poor service. Took an hour to get paperwork done for an iPhone screen repair and they made a mistake and it wasn't done the next day (they guarantee same day repair!!). Had to call multiple times to check status and turned out they had to send it again the next day only to receive it day after."
