"Tried El Chacuaco for the first time today. The atmosphere is welcoming, and very clean. There are plenty of options to choose from on the menu. I chose the chicken enchiladas Mole with rice and beans. The food is hearty, Mole was great the rice was flavourful and the beans prepared as traditional refried beans should be. The staff is very attentive. We can't wait to try again!"

"This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Carmichael . There are many, but this place tops them all imo. Delicious pastor, big chunks of avocado in their super burritos, and fantastic quesabirria. Nothing fancy, bur super solid, affordable Mexican food."

"Keep your eyes peeled. El Chacuaco (Chock-wah-co) Taqueria is difficult to spot, tucked back in a busy Fair Oaks Boulevard strip mall (Near California). It's surprisingly large inside and kept very clean with nice tacqeria decor. Outside dining is available. Delicious food is attractively served, quickly. Their staff is friendly and their Sangria is delicious!"

"Service was amazing!!! The gal that helped me was very personable and helped me pick some delish food! The prices were very reasonable. And the ambiance was basic but overall just fine! The salsa goes from no spice to very spicy so be careful if you are sensitive. Great little spot, definitely check it out!!"
