"Total fail! I ordered a happy meal,40 piece nugget a burger some fries on the mobile app for delivery and they didn’t give me the happy meal!!also didn’t get any dipping sauce that I chose. I got 40 nuggets and no Sauce! Completely failed order. It’s right there on the receipt that’s taped to the bag and how much do they want to get paid to not be able to put in the bag what’s listed right in front of them. Really!!!"

"Dirty smells sour rude did not want to help me as a disabled persons. When you have a sign that says you would help a disabled person Zoe is not nice and needs to be fired before I sue you. I hope when she is disabled she is treated the same way she’s treated me. This is not ok when this was all happening. There was a black gentleman from the back that was working at the hamburgers that told me I needed to go home and that they need to get this white lady out of here so Zoe then told me that I was too old to be arguing with anyone and all this because I said I needed help. I called corporate told them all of this I also told them I threw some lids on the ground for motivation to clean the disgusting no ice soda machines. I want a refund for the food I never touched. Then I have no problem coming back to this McDonald’s that is the great thing about you there are multiples of you everywhere. SAD it came to this but as much as we pay to frequent your establishment be thankful I have worked on myself that the lids were all that hit the ground.I ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF YOUR DISGUSTING RESTAURANT TO BACK MY CLAIM. But there to busy to clean imo not for 20$ an hour. We pay your salary with our purchases. THERE WILL. OT BE A NEXT TIME THEY BANNED ME TOOK MY PICTURE AFTER TALKING DOWN TO ME AND EXPECTED ME NOT TO REACT. I made a claim and have contacted a lawyer."

"This is a corporate store. Their drive thru is usually very fast, and the items you get in the order are typically correct. That said, it tastes like they don't replace their fryer oil often enough, and they never salt their fries enough. Also, getting that good drive thru time seems to be more important than not holding fries WAY past their hold time. So, probably better to go inside and ask for fresh, otherwise you throw away half your order, nearly EVERY TIME."

"This McDonalds is not great. They almost scammed me the other day by letting me in, letting me order, letting me put my card in, and then telling me it's closed after I spent my money. They almost didn't give me my food until I asked for it to go and they obviously unhappily let me do so. A different time I came here, they gave me burgers that were so raw the meat was still pink and gross. Another downside to this location is it's pretty much the home of a lot of homeless people as they sleep right outside of it and occasionally bother the customers inside."

"Staff are usually friendly, go there often for coffee. Hit or miss whether their machines will be "working" though. Last time stopped by took 15 min (no exaggeration) for a latte at 0730 with no one else in the dinning room. When I asked why it took so long all I got was a shrug... Invest in your staff and I am sure the service would improve."
