"The blonde lady at the counter is very rude. We were trying to exchange an item for a different size and she ended up charging us twice. We ended up just refunding the item. She was confrontational and unprofessional. She was so slow and had major issues understanding the exchange process. We’re never returning to this store! Negative zero rating for horrible customer service!"

"I've been shopping at this Nike location for over 20 years. It has converted to a full Clearance store and the deals are just as good if not better! They always have a clean store and friendly staff. A lot of the boxes don't have lids but that doesn't change the fact you can find rare Nike's. I prefer this Nike store over the ones in Carlsbad and San Ysidro. I was just there recently and found myself a sweet pair of Golf shoes for a sweet price. 10 out of 10, I recommend!"
