"I understand, it’s Super Bowl Sunday, but if you’re going to allow online orders, STOP taking them when you see 40+ other customers waiting for their orders also. My order said it was ready at 4:20, I was still standing there at 5:00, couldn’t reach an employee being in the back of the mob. They called probably 20 names of people that weren’t even there, they obviously gave up too. I called and asked if it was ready, NOPE, not even started, so why would the website say it was ready? Crickets….. I asked for a refund, told to call Door Dash because “the website is powered by Door Dash”, called DD, they told me to contact the merchant! I finally called my bank and disputed the charge, chicken is not worth the stress or the time I wasted."
"Came here on a whim. We were immediately greeted when we entered. Right off the bat, it was a very clean establishment. Staff gave us ample time to make up our minds. The cashier even helped my husband decide on his order We ordered the lemon pepper chicken strips. Food was hot and came to our table pretty quickly. I do like them better than another wing place we frequent. They have 4 long tables and 3 large screen TVs. Pretty good place to have chicken."
"The worst set of wings I have ever eaten. I normally love fire wings but this location is complete garbage. McDonald's chicken nuggets were of better quality at literally 1/10 the price"
