"The food was horrible at the fair oaks store 129. I order through drive thru on my way home like I have done several times. But this visit was unlike my others. The food was horrible and tasteless! Both my bf and I threw our food out. I called and spoke to Alexis who was very apologetic and told me to stop by for a refund. So Monday I stop and speak to the general manager who refused to give me her name. She was rude and Condisending. She refused me the refund I was told I would get. She actually asked me if the fries and drink were bad! Not the point considering the bulk of my meal was tasteless and nasty! It was like when they made it they forgot to add the seasonings. I have been in the customer service trade for my entire career and never would I have treated a person as I was. When the bulk of one’s meal is so bad that it ruin the entire meal you don’t argue over drinks and fries. I was so upset though I was never rude. I left without asking her name so I called back and she answered the phone refused me her name and then hung up on me. Does del taco find this behavior acceptable? I won’t be eating at any del taco ever again. I suggest you avoid this place"

"The workers at this place are just wonderful, very tasty and clean. And the shakes here are gorgeous, with strawberry inside and vanilla ice cream flavoring"

"As soon as I started saying how great they were... Boom, missing items 2 different times, and out of items I ordered ahead for on the app a 3rd time. Takes days to get your money back if at all. These places all need to make it easier to cancel an item if you didn't receive your full order. 2 different locations did not have complete items and toppings."

"I fave the food 1 star cause I never received it. I was in the drive through, only 1 car ahead of me, maybe 2 cars in the parking lot so its not busy. I sat at the window for almost 5 mins and not a single employee said anything, took my payment, or even acknowledged me in the drive through. I ended up leaving before wasting more of my lunch break and going somewhere with faster and more professional service."
