"First of all, this place has only chicken meat no beef or pork. They have congee chicken, rice chicken and phở chicken. Their service is good. Second, their phở gà and any of the phở gà (my family tried it) soup are salty (taste like water and salt plus MSG), no taste of the chicken at all and no smell of phở too. Not recommended if you want to eat phở (gà). Lastly, What i like is the pickle onion, the middle sauce and ice water (while eating phở gà the taste of ice water its soo gooodddd) lolzzz"

"We went out for family and decided to try Saigon 88. The location is Pho Le before so the location marked on google is not really accurate. First thing to appreciate is the cleanliness. The restaurant is neat, clean and tidy. The service is great! Friendly staff and they serve the food quite fast. We didn’t have to wait long. The food: we ordered Classic Chicken Pho, Special chicken Pho and Hainan Chicken Rice They served Pho with thick, soft fresh noodles which is a plus point for me. The broth is savory, and tastes authentic Viet Style cooking. The chicken is served on side that helps the meat stay firm since it’s not dipped in hot soup, smart way of serving. Another special thing here is 3-style dipping sauce, they offer sweet sour garlicky fish sauce, ginger onion sauce and classic pepper salt. The Hainan chicken rice is also good. The rice is cooked to perfect texture, not too dry, not too wet. So, highly recommend if you have not tried. I’m glad since we have good Viet restaurant in the area."

"I have my lunch at Saigon 88 today. I ordered what my son recommended, the #2 Saigon 88 Special with boneless chicken. The noodles and the soup are excellent. The chicken is not the best compared to the other chicken dishes restaurants. But I love the noodles the best. I don't care about the chicken. The chicken is okay with the dipping sauces. I like the dining room. It has good natural light from the windows in the daytime. The service is fast and friendly."
