"Seven of us celebrated our granddaughter's belated 13th birthday. We were fortunate to be greeted and taken care of by Victoria (there were seven of us). The food was good overall, but the service Victoria provided was stellar! She is one of those delightful people who make the world a better place for being in it... All I can say is, if you visit this IHOP, try to have Victoria as your server...she is a pure delight...oh (grin) and the food was good too."

"Visited around 1 AM on a weekend for a late night bite. There were a handful of guests, and we were seated right away. Security at the front door. Ordered chicken strips and fries, and French toast/eggs/sausage + side of pancakes. Felt it was slightly overpriced for the quality - assumed because of the area. Food arrived very quickly, and staff was friendly and cheerful. Would recommend for a quick, casual bite."

"Early morning this was the only ihop open. Area is a little sketch, couple of homeless guys in the ihop waiting area getting out of the cold (I salute the kindness). Waitress was a rock star, they didn't have a senior menu onhand, but without asking she went on the computer, looked it up, and gave me the discount. Eggs were runny and the coffee was bitter. Tables are missing from the center of the restaurant like they're going out of business. Nonetheless I enjoyed the pancakes."

"Would give it 0 stars if I could took 10 min to be seated in a restraint with 2 people in it I was about to call just to get someone's attention , I also ordered a steak medium rare then it came way over cooked so I sent it back to get it back rare and I told them I'm not paying for it after I hit a completly rare spot mise as well go bite the cow they said this time I don't have to pay for it but next time if it's messed up I still do , like no id walk out but good thing I'll never be back to this janky restaurant"

"This was my second IHOP in the same day I had such a horrible service at the first one I had to come to another one which was so much delightful the waitress I think her name was Alexia she was a breath of fresh air she was like a angel Sent From Heaven all my food was made the right way and I didn't even have to ask for anything I just told her what I wanted I paid up front and took her up front I just wanted to get that out the way so I can I had to rush there first to get to happy hour absolutely recommend this one which is downtown and you know I stayed at the hotel that was by here and it wasn't that good of a shape hotel but they had good service and it was quiet so I liked it and so I came to this IHOP today and it's nice it's clean it's nice in here Airy the air conditioning is on at the perfect temperature they have an extra room you know if you want to be kind of secluded it has a bend in it like a l which is amazing and it have a back patio that's covered so you can you know see traffic going by and stuff it's it's a real good scenery"
